It’s weird how much Eric Clapton’s looks have changed over the years. Like I was watching video of Concert for Bangladesh and you would never think that that guy and this guy are the same person if you had no idea who he was. And it’s not just being older because Paul and Ringo are old too but they still look like Paul and Ringo.

Actually you’re right, at the beggining the beatles were rejected many times because they barely knew how to play their instruments. It is pretty clear they didn’t have any complex notes, all they did was pretty easy, and they didn’t need more, their lyrics and composing were magnificent. And uh.. Clapton’s guitar in this song is very nice!
